$8.15 flat rate fee for all shipping.
Orders can be tracked via USPS.com
The processing time for domestic orders is 3-5 business days. After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 1-3 business days. Please keep in mind that during this time of a pandemic, holidays, or restocks, this time may vary.
Khy's Growth Refinement LLC ships international via DHL. Alaska & Hawaii will ship via Fed Ex. $30 flat rate fee for all international countries. The processing time for international orders is 3-5 business days. After your order has been shipped, delivery time is 14-30 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during this time of a pandemic, holidays or restocks, time may vary.

Khy's Growth Refinement LLC is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
Packages undeliverable by FedEx SmartPost, USPS, DHL and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once returned.

Products are freshly made to order. Due to product type all of Khy's Growth Refinement LLC handmade product sales are final.

If you are sent an incorrect shipment please contact the store's email address with your concern and we will provide details with replacing your order with the correct order.
Upon discretion of store owner's policy with location of incorrect shipment:
(Please do not discard products or shipping package. Products need to be returned to be damaged out and you will receive a paid for return shipping label.)
